The Role

As a Junior Recruiter you will join our award winning training programme where we will teach you a whole range of recruiting and sales skills over an intensive 4 week period.

Initially your role will be to work directly in finding and interviewing the very best talent for our range of exciting clients. Moving quickly through the business you will be promoted to take on a 360 degree role where you will be entirely responsible for building your own client base and managing large scale recruiting projects for some of the world best companies such as Ebay, Amazon, PayPal and Groupon.

An exciting part of your part of your role as a Sales Consultant will be to travel internationally to manage client searches and interview candidates.
